Data Request

We will prepare a detailed data request outlining the information needed to conduct the assignment. This request will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Handbook or Policy Manual
  • Current Employment Forms
  • Benefit Book
  • New Hire Materials
  • Description of Compensation Program
  • Description of Training Programs
  • Organizational Chart
  • General information on the company

(Note - All information provided to EW Partners will be maintained in the strictest confidence.)

Data Analysis

The EW consultant assigned to this project will review the data received and interview those necessary to complete the EW audit checklist.  The audit will cover the following areas:

  • Hiring and Interviewing/Employment Process
  • Employee Relations Policy Issues
  • Employee Files
  • Compliance Forms
  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Performance Planning and Review
  • Training
  • Systems and Operations

Recommendations

EW will then draft a report on the results of the audit to include recommendations that the company may wish to make in the future.
